I founded Educator Specialists to assist my 8-year-old son with reading and spelling as he advanced through his grades. Research indicates that children learn faster and more effectively with peer support. After working late nights with a corporate healthcare company over the past few years, I realized the need to shift my focus back to my roots of running educational programs and creating educational materials designed to help children succeed both in school and at home. Caregivers play a crucial role in this process, and I recognized the value of educating and providing group caregiver peer support. I plan to update this blog weekly, including additional curriculum content that I implemented in our weekly in-person sessions if you are interested in interacting with other caregivers, please attend one of of our Remote Caregiver Social Groups.
